what should i wear to zucca?


Dress for yoga-type exercises.  be aware that what you wear has to be appropriate for being upside down, so nothing too loose.  no need for shoes: pilates is done with either bare feet, socks, or toe socks with grip on the bottom (your choice).



do i need to reserve a spot in each class?
